Limited Warranty

Southeastern Hose, Inc. (the Seller) warrants that all assemblies (the Product) will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of sale that the Product sold. If upon examination, by the Seller, the Product is shown to have a defect in material or workmanship, during the warranty period, the Seller will repair or replace, at its option, that part of the Product which is shown to be defective.

The Limited Warranty Does Not Apply Under the Following:

If the product has been subject to misuse or neglect, has been accidentally or intentionally damaged, or has been altered or modified in any way.
To any expenses, including labor or material, incurred during investigation, removal, or reinstallation of the defective Product or parts thereof.
To any damage or impairment of the Product caused by any casualty, including without limitation fire, winds, floods, or acts of God.
To any workmanship of the fabricator (if other than Southeastern Hose) or installer of the Product.

This Limited Warranty is Conditional Upon the Following Return Policy:

Shipment, to the Seller, of the Product thought to be defective. All returns must be freight prepaid.
Goods can only be returned with prior written approval from the Seller. The Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice, with copy of the invoice or RGA number.
The Product is in new reusable condition, i.e., unused, unmounted, unpainted, etc.
The Product is normal stock for the Seller and has not been ordered special.
Determination, in the reasonable opinion of the Seller, that there exists a defect in material or workmanship.

Repair or replacement of any part under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the duration of the warranty, with respect to such repaired or replaced part beyond the stated warranty period.

Disclaimer
